In the middle of the Adige Valley, between Merano and Bolzano, there is a special place: our Untermargarethenhof in Lana. Our house is located just outside the village center (about 20 minutes walk) in Niederlana, below the St. Margarethen church and the Brandis Waalweg.

With its 2 comfortable vacation apartments and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the ideal starting point for experiences throughout the year, our fruit and wine farm is the perfect vacation destination in the Merano countryside.

Climate protection and the careful use of available resources was another particular need for us in the new building. A controlled ventilation of the living space ensures that fresh air is supplied without having to ventilate and that the room temperature is maintained.

On request, we will pamper you with fresh bread and croissants from the bakery every day from Monday to Saturday. Order the fresh bread for your breakfast from us the day before. We will then deliver it freshly baked directly to your apartment door in the morning.
